Armed Robbery Suspect Nabbed - Read About Local Events

A man accused of robbing the same store twice in one month was arrested after returning to the location a third time.  Luciano Herrera first robbed an E Z mart location at 3703 SW military drive at dawn on Sept. 10 according to police.

Six days later, herrera returned to the store, threatened the manager with  a gun and demanded money police said.  Herrera returned at about 1:40am Wednesday.  The manager told police he recognized Herrera, locked the store’s doors and told the man the business was closed temporarily.  He then called police, who arrested Herrera about a block away.

This is a hilarious story, but still very serious.  Mr. Herrera will end up spending many years behind bars unless he hire a criminal attorney experienced in fight armed robbery charges.

 Un hombre acusado de robar a la misma tienda dos veces en un mes fue arrestado después de regresar a la hora de un tercer lugar. Luciano Herrera primero robaron una ubicación de mart E Z 3703 SW unidad militar en la madrugada del 10 de septiembre de acuerdo a la policía.

Seis días después, herrera regresó a la tienda, amenazó al administrador con una pistola y exigió dinero, dijo la policía. Herrera volvió a acerca del miércoles de 1:40. El Gerente dijo a la policía le reconoció Herrera, bloqueado a las puertas de la tienda y dijo que el hombre el negocio fue cerrado temporalmente. Luego llamó a la policía, que detuvo Herrera acerca de una cuadra de distancia.
