Brownsville Bail Bondsman Given 16 Months

A bail bondsman who admitted paying a state district judge 2k to change an accused drug dealer’s bond terms was sentenced Tuesday to 16 months in federal prison.

Cisneros paid the bribe to an intermediary in the parking lot of a daycare facility owned by Limas.
