The head custodian at Stonewall Flanders Elementary school was arrested Thursday after being indicted on two counts of sexual assault of a child.
Moises Garcia was summoned from the school in the morning by Harlandale Independent School District officials to the districts head quarters, where he was arrested without incident.
Mr Garcia has a criminal background that includes a violent charge, he’s now facing these serious sexual assault charges that could land him behind bars for 25 years.
