Northside Aide Fired Over ID Theft Charge

Live Oak Police say eight people were victimized and the Northside ISD on Thursday fired the elementary, teacher’s aide who was charged by Live Oak police with identity theft.

Police arrested Jason Anthony Miller in the parking lot of Beard Elementary in Helotes on Tuesday and charged him with fraudulent use or possession of another person’s identifying information to which he confessed according to an affidavit.
