Suspect Arrested In Bar Slaying

A man was arrested in a fatal early morning shooting friday outside a northside bar.  Witnesses told police Carl Sams, shot and killed another man about 1:30am outside Waldo’s Night Club at 14532 Brook Hollow Blvd.  Witnesses said Sams tried to escape, but they restrained him until authorities arrived.
